The main system characteristics are:
Recognition of type and wheel aesthetic characteristics
Analysis of dimensional characteristics for wheels with diameters starting from 12" and widths from 3½"
Recognition and data interpretation on labels
Wheel roundness and concentricity control
Presence and dimensional control of holes and threads
Surface control (ex. painting quality, etc.)
Recognition and marking interpretation on black or chrome and aluminum background
Presence, dimension and quality verification of weldings
The entire cycle time required to carry out simultaneously all the above indicated inspections depends from the involved controls, however between 3” and ~10” for wheel
